As an medical imaging professional I'm appalled that the MRI tech talked to the patient like that. Only a physician should give out results of a study. Also I found the naration needlessly pathologizing. Being intersex is not "troubling news", it's normal biologic diversity. This person should have been offered counseling immediately. And they should have been a list of other resources they could use to learn about their condition. Nobody should be left completely on their own like this film suggests.
